I took the kids thrifting this morning and while I view thrifting as a wonderful treasure hunt; the little people couldn't get excited. When I found this quilt, however, I got excited enough for all of us! It' BEAUTIFUL, hand quilted and in great shape! It has amazing vintage fabric pieces and is hand-quilted! I found this great piece for a song! Yeah!
wow, what a great find. And a beautiful quilt. I would love to have a few of these eventually. But I also think it would be fun to make one myself. I am not doing well with that part though. I love your new blog. Maybe it will inspire me to keep up with mine, I seem to go in spurts. I can do 3 days in one, and then skip a couple weeks... I wish I could work the timing out. Miss you!
